1. Eligibility and authority
You must be permitted to use Discord and the service under the rules and laws that apply to you. If you configure Sakura for a Discord server, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and to grant the requested permissions.
2. Acceptable use
Use Sakura lawfully and in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms of Service, and Developer Policy. Do not use the service to violate others’ rights, disrupt Discord or its services, evade platform safeguards, or gain unauthorized access.
You are responsible for the messages, settings, roles, channels, and automated actions you configure. Give the bot only the permissions needed for the features you choose and review its actions in your server.
3. The service
Sakura provides configurable Discord community tools and a dashboard. Features may depend on Discord, external data sources, or permissions in your server. Features can change, be interrupted, or be discontinued; availability and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.
You remain responsible for your server and its moderation decisions. Bot output and external game or anime information should be checked where accuracy matters.
4. Your content
You retain your rights to content you submit or configure. You authorize Sakura to process and display that content as needed to provide the features you invoke, including sending configured messages to Discord. You must have the rights and authority needed to provide that content.
5. Third-party services
Sakura interacts with Discord and may use external sources for public information. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Sakura is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, HoYoverse, Kuro Games, AniList, or other third parties.
6. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the dashboard or remove Sakura from a server at any time. Access may be limited or discontinued where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or respond to a platform change. Removing the bot does not by itself guarantee that stored records or backups are immediately erased; see the Privacy Policy for data handling.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current version and its revision date will be posted here. For questions or service requests, use the Support Server link in the site footer when available.
